Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £62,000 + Benefits

Are you a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager ready to lead a compassionate team and make a meaningful difference? Our client is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to oversee the operations of their welcoming facility, nestled in the picturesque countryside. This home is known for its supportive and warm environment, where many of the caring staff are local, enhancing its close-knit, family-like atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced nursing home manager with a deep commitment to providing exceptional care. With a keen understanding of regulatory standards and a passion for creating an inclusive, supportive environment, they excel in both operational management and resident-centred care.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (NMC Registered): Desirable, though not required.
  • Level 5 Health & Social Care: With Leadership and Management specialization.
  • Experience: Experience in a nursing home management role, with a proven track record of achieving good and outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Knowledge of Care Standards: Strong familiarity with CQC standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in care to maintain compliance and excellence.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, along with strong regulatory knowledge.
