Our team consists of outstanding HR professionals with extensive employment law expertise and a deep understanding of how HR aligns with our clients' commercial objectives.

The Role:

As a result of our ongoing success and expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Executive. This role is pivotal in driving sales activities to generate leads and onboard new clients, working in close collaboration with the Business Development Director. The BD Director is a superb individual who will continuously develop, mentor and guide you through your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to secure qualified appointments for the Business Development Director.
  • Actively generate leads through various tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, networking, following up email campaigns and outbound calls.
  • Track, follow, and record leads on our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop marketing strategies to boost lead generation and identify PR and networking opportunities.
  • Promote and attend events and exhibitions to represent our company across all regions.

You will bring:

  • Intelligence, drive and first-rate communication skills.
  • At least 12 months experience in a proactive sales or lead generation role
  • At least 12 months in a B2B or customer facing role
  • Eager to build a career in sales, you are self-motivated, confident, and capable of forging strong, enduring relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM systems, and communication platforms like Teams and Zoom is essential.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills, coupled with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Driving licence
