We're looking for someone to join our Pursuits team as a Content Manager on a 12 month fixed term basis. As our Content Manager, you'll manage our content repository technology, lead the implementation of new solutions, and ensure the continuous improvement of our content quality and processes. We're looking for someone to foster team growth, service excellence and make an impact on strategic and exciting marketing projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the implementation of our new content repository solution. Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Developing efficient processes for content creation and management. Collaborating with various teams to develop sector-specific content. Driving our generative AI strategy in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Participating in the Microsoft Copilot 365 program and the website rebuild project. Providing support for tender writing and upskilling lawyers on best practices. Engaging with feedback to improve content quality and relevance. Proofreading and editing content across multiple channels. Nurturing and managing our Content Assistant.What We Need From You:
Strong writing skills and adaptability in style and approach. Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail. Leadership abilities to motivate and coach team members. Ability to multitask and work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and interest in generative AI.
