Warehouse Supervisor

To assist the Warehouse Manager with the decant function of the Produce Operation and to work with the Warehouse Manager regarding the organisation of the warehouse and the direction of the cleaning Team. To ensure that the areas of responsibility meet the expected performance targets set by the business and are achieved in a safe and hygienic manner.

Dimensions of the Job

Staff - Responsible for a team including line leaders, team leaders and operatives.

Waste - Responsible for correct waste handling and arranging collections when necessary

Order Deadlines - Responsible for ensuring order deadlines being met.

Equipment - Responsible for reporting faulty MHE Equipment to the Warehouse Manager

Training - Responsible for making sure that all decant staff are trained for their role

Refer to line Manager if authority falls outside remit

Carry out staff disciplinary action where required in consultation with HR
