ITG is recruiting for a brand new Account Executive and will consider individuals who have recently graduated and have limited experience in the marketing field, provided you have the motivation and drive to build a long term and successful career within marketing

To support the delivery of the production of all Photography, ATL & Regional Advertising (excluding TV) and CRM (including mailer) ensuring the brief is achieved, key timelines are met and they are on brand and relevant to our key customers. Ensuring all outputs are delivered within budget, on time, and on brand.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Support the production process for all ATL including radio, press, magazine, OOH, press inserts (excluding TV), Regional and CRM activity (including mailer) from end-to-end, working with B&M and the internal creative team to ensure all deadlines are met.

  • Support the QC process for all of the above to ensure 100% accuracy and sign off.
  • Support the management of the critical path end-to-end to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support the management of the photography shoot calendar maintenance.
  • Reacting to tactical trade briefs and ensuring a quick turnaround whilst maintaining good attention to detail.  
  • Briefing in copy requirements and ensuring a consistent TOV is used.
  • Work closely with the creative team to deliver on brand assets.
  • Build relationships with B&M team to understand the product stories to be featured within marketing activity e.g. key product stories, trends, volume lines that marketing need to support the trading teams on.
  • Liaise with the B&M teams on their product nominations for activity, ensuring a clear brief is issued so we achieve the right amount of product is proposed from a density, correct level of offers and that each piece of comms. contains the right product for the key customer segments. Also gaining sign off of product information from the B&M teams.
  • Build relationships with legal & third-party suppliers to understand their requirements to build into the brief and artwork. Also liaise directly with them for sign off.
  • Sharing creative to key marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency and maintain the advertising tracker.
  • Supporting with the creation of the photography shoot count matrix and schedules
  • Liaising with 3rd party photography suppliers so for example Greybox, Loop, KO Production to ensure they are fully briefed on requirements and key dates.
  • Maintaining photography invoice tracker ensuring it is up to date weekly and raising PO's
  • Supporting in the creation, management, and maintenance of the production process documents.
  • Check off shoot packs/briefs/AD for all still life fashion and Home.
  • Product review attendance.
  • Support AD team when required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a creative role within Retail Marketing working across all channels (i.e. Radio, POS, Digital)
  • An excellent service minded approach with proven customer management skills,
  • Project management & organisational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities. 
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Adobe software solutions (In-Design, Illustrator etc)
  • MARKETING GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY - we provide full training and development
