Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and excellent customer service to candidates, ensuring our recruiting managers receive top-notch support to efficiently meet our hiring needs.

Main duties of the job

Your role will centre on managing recruitment tasks, ensuring a fluid process from start to finish. This includes not only advertising jobs and coordinating assessment days/events but also overseeing the crucial step of sending out offer letters and ensuring all necessary safer recruitment checks are completed seamlessly. You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our recruitment process and maintaining compliance with NHS standards. Additionally, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing invaluable guidance on recruitment guidelines, processes, and best practices to our hiring managers.

You'll be the engine driving our recruitment process, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Your proactive approach will be key in driving continuous improvement in our recruitment administration service. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience

Desirable

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration
