Teaching Personnel are excited to be working closely with an SEN provision in the Redruth area. The School are seeking committed candidates to join them on a full time basis in September,  the School cater for a number of additional needs, this is including the following…

  • Autism
  • Complex needs
  • Severe learning difficulties
  • Profound multiple learning difficulties

It's important that candidates who are wanting to apply have experience working with any of the needs above in some capacity but also have a passion for education. As there are multiple roles available, we are welcoming candidates who have a passion for Special Needs and are seeking a career in Education.

This role would particularly suit:

• Those with first hand experience of supporting additional needs, and wish to transfer these skills into a School setting

• People with a background in care/support work

• Teaching Assistants looking for a new challenge

• People with experience working with challenging children

• People who are wanting to gain more experience in teaching/mental health

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
