WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our IT Implementation team.

Based at our Headquarters in Liverpool, you will work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting the delivery of new software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. You will also collaborate with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Analytical mindset with ability to resolve complex business problems with excellent user outcomes. Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management. User focussed, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and champion user needs. Accountable, taking ownership of the implementation of configuration specifications and technical issues. Effective communication of business change and processes. Spanish – business proficiency (desirable).

Required Competencies

SQL skills, with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements (desirable). Ability to write intermediate/advanced javascript expressions (desirable). Application bug diagnostics: Log analysis. Debugging

Required Work Experience

Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps (desirable).

Required Qualifications

Educated to degree level (high grade) or above.
