Job Description

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Fyorin's next chapter of growth. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing innovation and a talent for turning insights into action. Your Mission

  • Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement cutting-edge growth strategies that propel our brand and customer engagement to new heights.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to understand market dynamics, optimize strategies, and spearhead new initiatives for growth.

Daily Responsibilities

 

  • Content Strategy Leadership: Spearhead our SEO strategy, driving organic growth and customer acquisition.
  • Website Optimization Guru: Enhance our website's user experience, conduct A/B testing, and improve conversion rates. Familiarity with Hubspot and Drupal is advantageous.

Qualifications

Your toolkit for Success

  • Robust Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in high-growth startups or personal entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Channel Mastery: In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing channels, with the ability to identify opportunities and experiment with new approaches.
  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication, crafting compelling narratives and engaging with diverse audiences
  • SEO Expertise: Proven track record in managing effective SEO strategies and website optimization.
  • Drive and Resilience: Self-motivated, with a comprehensive approach to project management, and the perseverance to overcome challenges
