They will work closely with the Operations Manager assisting with the general supervision, mentoring, coaching and assessment of the Support team to ensure that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centred support service.

You will be proactive in ensuring that quality support is available to all individuals within the service through the direct monitoring and influencing of staff performance and by acting as an excellent role model.

Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
