Job Description
Themis Recruit are thrilled to share a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious newly qualified solicitor to join our clients Spinal Injury Team, where you will work closely with Aspire, a charity dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals affected by spinal cord injuries arising from accidents or medical negligence. 

The successful candidate will primarily manage a caseload of spinal cord injury claims arising from medical negligence. You will be expected to collaborate with senior solicitors on more complex cases. This role offers fantastic opportunities for professional development and the chance to become a specialist in spinal cord injury claims.

Requirements
  • Newly qualified solicitor/legal executive with prior experience supporting on high-value personal injury claims. 
  • Candidates with prior experience with claims relating to spinal cord injury are highly desirable. However, it is not a requirement as training will be provided. 
  • Background/interest in medical negligence also highly desirable as it will fit with the long-term outlook of the team.

Requirements
