An esteemed secondary school and sixth form located in the vibrant community of Swindon, Wiltshire, is delighted to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Humanities to join their dynamic faculty.

Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students across different age groups and abilities.
*Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback to promote learning and development.
*Contribute to the development of curriculum resources and innovative teaching practices within the Humanities Department.
*Participate in departmental meetings, and school training events, and contribute to the broader life of the school through extracurricular activities.
*Maintain a positive, constructive environment in the classroom, implementing school policies and upholding its values.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*A degree in Humanities or a closely related field.
*Proven experience of teaching Humanities in a secondary school setting.
*Ability to teach across multiple humanities subjects, including Geography and History.
*Excellent knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment frameworks.
*Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
*A proactive approach to student welfare and support.
