We are currently seeking a Trainee Funeral Director to join our dynamic and supportive team at Neville Funerals across all our branches.

As a Trainee Funeral Director, you will oversee every aspect of the funeral process to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. You'll handle everything from the initial contact, through the arrangement stages, and on the day of the funeral itself. Leading the team, you will maintain our high professional standards, demonstrate excellent communication, and pay meticulous attention to detail. No two days are the same, and a calm, can-do attitude is essential.

Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Trainee Funeral Director Requirements:

  • Previous funeral experience at operative level.
  • Willingness to undertake further training, including the NAFD Diploma in Funeral Directing.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organisation skills.
