**Responsibilities:**
Asa Cost Draftsman your responsibilities willinclude:

1.**Cost Drafting:** Prepare bills of costs claims and other relevantdocuments in accordance with legal guidelines andprocedures.

2.**Cost Assessment:** Conduct comprehensive assessments of costshandle negotiations and resolve disputes whennecessary.

3.**Legal Compliance:** Stay abreast of changes in legislation andcase law affecting cost drafting and ensure compliance with legalstandards.

4.**Billing Process:** Oversee the endtoend billing process ensuringaccuracy and adherence to relevantregulations.

5.**Communication:** Collaborate with clients solicitors and otherstakeholders to collect information and provide updates oncostrelatedmatters.

6.**Record Management:** Maintain meticulous records of allcostrelated activities ensuring organization andaccessibility.

7.**Adaptability:** Demonstrate flexibility in working on a varietyof cases andprojects.

**Requirements:**

1.Minimum 3 years of experience as a CostDraftsman.
2. Proficient in legalsoftware and tools.
3. Thoroughunderstanding of legal regulations related to costdrafting.
4. Strong attention todetail and organizationalskills.
5. Effective communicationand negotiation abilities.
6.Capability to work independently and collaboratively within ateam.
7. Legal qualifications orcertifications will beadvantageous.
