This is a great opportunity touse your skills in a team that works hard to achieve the bestoutcomes for their clients. This is a key role with lots ofresponsibility and your tasks willinclude:
- Supporting and workingclosely with the financial planners and other teammembers.
- Managing client documentation andrecommendation reports.
- Liaising with productproviders and key partners.
- Monitoring workflowto ensure all steps complete.
- Manage andmaintain client data within the back officesystem.
- Prepare accurate and timelydocumentation for client meetings.
- Operate asprime point of contact for potential and existing clientbase.
Skillsrequired
We are looking forsomeone with the following skills.
- Atleast one years financial planning administrationexperience.
- A proactive attitude and awillingness to learn.
- Highlyorganised.
- Passionate about attention todetail.
- Enjoy dealing with people from allwalks oflife.
