Job Type:

Temporary, Full-Time hours. Mon - Fri - 09:00-17:00. Must have DBS on the update service. 

Salary:

£16 - £19 Per hour

Job Duties:
  • Develop and implement engaging enrichment programmes for students
  • Coordinate with teachers and staff to incorporate enrichment activities into the curriculum
  • Organise field trips, guest speakers, and other educational events
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment programmes
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance enrichment opportunities
What you'll need:
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (Previously PTLLS) or working towards
  • Appropriate safeguarding and mental health first aid training to support young people.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and form positive working relationships with young people.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and to establish effective working relationships both internal and external.
  •  Proven track record of working positively with young people to support their development and progression.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating enrichment activities
