If so, this is a great opportunity to widen your skills and join the People Team to cover for maternity leave for 12 months.

What you'll do

You will take responsibility for the delivery of our existing programmes such as the Corporate Induction, our iManage programme and the culture, inclusion and awareness sessions. You will also be involved in some really exciting new projects planned for the next year to support the business in upskilling in readiness for AMP8.

The Careers Team will also rely on you to support them with the new apprentices joining us by delivering sessions to help them become familiar with business and the opportunities to develop and progress with us.

You will be part of the Resourcing and Development management team so will also join our monthly management meetings and learn more about resourcing, training, early careers and the Academy, all of which will be knowledge you will be able to use to enhance your career with us.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who has a passion for developing people. In addition, you will:

Be confident delivering presentations and training courses to groups of people at all levels Have the ability to design new workshops, with support from the wider People Team Be self-sufficient, able to manage your own time and prioritise accordingly Have good written communication skills
