Learner Engagement and Enrolment Officer

Purpose

The Learner Engagement and Enrolment Officer is focused on recruitment and enrolment of learners for a range of employability and skills programmes. They will attend in person meetings with key stakeholders e.g. Job Centres - weekly and develop relationships with other organisations to promote our programmes. They will drive referrals and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that they meet the referral and starts targets for the required numbers of courses per region per contract in line with internal business requirements. They will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of learner applications onto Shaw Trust programmes of learning. The role will be based in Cambridge and Peterborough up to 5 days depending on business need with homeworking.

Essential:

You will have:

IAG Level 3 or willing to work towards Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases Relationship management – develop and maintain productive relationships with your Team, Management, Clients, Partners, Sub contractors and all key stakeholders
