Step Teachers are working with a Primary School in the Wisbech area to recruit a Full-Time Year 2 Teacher to start after the May half-term, and running until the end of the academic year. 

This is a "Good" Ofsted-rated school where pupils find pleasure in attending school, fostering a genuine concern for one another, and receiving excellent care from the dedicated staff. Year 2 Teacher Role:

  • As a Year 2 Teacher, you would need a strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
  • Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed 
  • Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable 
  • Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 
  • Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement, them effectively  

Requirements: 

  • Hold QTS or the equivalent of 
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience  as a Year 2 Teacher
