About the Role 

The primary objective of the is to support the FP&A Director, to create an efficient and effective FP&A functionality.Based in the company’s head office in London, you will be involved in analysing financials and operational data for multiple different agencies that span across various sites. The role requires designing and building new models & reports and you will have the scope to create, design and implement processes to make the communication of information run smoothly, as well as shaping the compilation and presentation of reports. 

Key Responsibilities 

To provide continuous improvement in the Group’s budgeting and forecasting process,by

standardizing the process across all agencies 

Create and builda monthly and quarterly managementpackby identifying keymetrics toanalyse

andassessresults and performance,that allow senior management with strategic decision

making 

Create financial models whichanalysecurrent and past trends in key performance indicators

includingall areas of revenueand operating expenditure 

Create,develop,and maintainreports/data within Adaptiveand ensure accuracy across all

operating units 

Work collaboratively and analytically with senior members of the Financial Reporting team,

commercialteams of the agencies, senior management and GroupM EMEA 

Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Essential: 

Fully qualified accountant orequivalent (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) Ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logicalmanner Ability to concisely and clearly present information to financial and non-financialpeople Workflow management, effectiveorganisationaland time management skills and ability to plan

andprioritise 

Desirable: 

Previous knowledge ofCartesis Proficient user of Excel Previous experience with creating dashboards
