Requirements

WhatYoull Do:

  • Leadthe coordination and delivery of diverse projects ensuring theymeet agreed cost scope andschedule.
  • Collaborate with our SEDteam in designing and estimating projects beforeimplementation.
  • Manage multipleprojects simultaneously overseeing works assigned to suppliers andsubcontractors.
  • Provide experttechnical guidance on equipment and plant repair refurbishment orreplacement.
  • Develop implement andmonitor preconstruction process plans to ensure smooth projectexecution.
  • Attend startup site visitand design meetings contributing valuableinsights.
  • Work closely with the SEDdepartment to align project goals andobjectives.
  • Ensure all necessarydocumentation is in place for seamless handover andsignoff.
  • Handle scope change noticesin compliance with contract requirements including early warningsand compensation notices.
  • Generatedata for projectlevel KPIs to track progress and performanceeffectively.
  • Produce accurateO&M manuals and Health and Safety files using theappropriate resources.
  • Lead projectteams both internal and subcontracted and take full accountabilityfor successful projectdelivery.
  • Manage the activities ofmultidisciplinary project teams following established projectdelivery procedures.
  • Embrace anyadditional duties relevant to the role with enthusiasm anddiligence.

Daily Tasks Ensure the safe and efficient operation of allequipment to meet or exceed company established Overall EquipmentEffectiveness (OEE) expectations and customer quality expectations.Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment includingpower and control wiring, motors, controls, electronic devices, PLCs and building electrical maintenance. Troubleshoots PLC and otherelectronic systems. Able to troubleshoot and program machine logicsystems. Read and interpret schematics, parts manuals, blueprints,sketches, hydraulic diagrams, and machine manuals. Evaluateproduction report comments prior to performing maintenance toensure all causes for production inefficiencies are addressed andcorrected. Perform building maintenance as directed by MaintenanceManager. Maintain sufficient records to support the ComputerizedMaintenance Management Software (EAM) including work orders andparts management. Responsible for active participation on plantteams and activities including safety, quality, sustainability,community involvement, OEE, maintenance, employee wellness,brainstorming and continuous improvement which are required tocreate and maintain a World Class environment. Operate PoweredIndustrial Truck, Boom Lift and Scissor Lift per OSHA regulationsrules and guidelines. Experience Needed A sense of urgency,accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivationand the desire and focus to improve the business. Qualifications inElectrical Engineering Experience with Mechanical Maintenance ortraining completed Experience with advanced skills in hydraulic,pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturingenvironment.
