We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to join client.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse and administrative duties. 

Daily duties:

  • Updating the systems with relevant data
  • Stock count
  • Liaising with managers and warehouse staff on issues relating to the operation
  • Complying with Quality, Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for self and others. 
  • Providing general administration support
  • Role will involve elements of warehouse duties

 

Required skills:

  • Good level of English 
  • Ability to work with WMS system (knowledge of Manhattan system would be advantageous) 
  • IT literate
  • Highly flexible attitude, committed and willing to carry out varied tasks positively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player but also able to work on your own initiative

Benefits:

SHIFT :

  • Rotational shift pattern 5 out of 7 days 
  • am 6:00am-2:00pm
  • pm 2:00pm-22:00pm
  • £12.05ph - £12.43ph per hour (OT over 37.5 x1.5)

Temporary to permanent position.
