Mon - Friday 40 Hours (Flexible working)

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Caretaker to join our client in Wrexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities for Facilities Caretaker:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the premises, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacements, minor repairs, and furniture assembly.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues that arise.
• Carry out security checks and ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for events or meetings.
• Report any maintenance or security concerns to the Facilities Manager.

Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects.
