Are you a skilled Panel Beater looking to join a forward-thinking, growing automotive repair business? Steer Automotive Group, a leader in the industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Panel Beater for our Dartford site. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on a variety of vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Use appropriate repair techniques, tools, and equipment for bodywork repairs. Ensure high-quality workmanship, paying attention to detail and maintaining our commitment to excellence. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair environment.
Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair (preferred but not essential). A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
