The Role

As a Trainee Commercial Vehicles Sales Executive you will represent our brands, selling a range of commercial vehicles. You will meet agreed sales targets and ensure that each customer receives exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all customers that come through the door and over the phone.
  • Build genuine rapport to understand your customers needs turning conversation into business.
  • Match relevant products to the needs of your customers, presenting applicable features and benefits.
  • Accurately appraise used vehicles offered in part exchange.
  • Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiate a successful close, overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.
  • Managing the preparation and handing over of sold vehicles to customers.
  • Identify sources of potential customers for your franchise.
  • Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection by your customers, including your own company car.
  • Display all vehicles to brand standard with the right price and specification details.
  • Maintain your digital diary and use both our customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure you comply with all Financial Services Authority (FSA) requirements in the advising, selling and administration of all insurance products. All paperwork to be completed in line with Vospers requirements and filed appropriately.
