About the Role:
As a Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and maintaining Boots Hearingcare's reputation as a leading provider of hearing solutions. As a Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will:

Champion the customer experience by consistently prioritising their needs and tailoring solutions to meet Boots Hearingcare's standards of excellence. Continuously identify areas for enhancing the customer experience, expanding the product portfolio, or refining clinical practices. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Boots Hearingcare’s values and maintaining a professional demeanour in all interactions. Foster strong relationships with store colleagues and your team, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. Drive improvements by introducing new processes and procedures that align with Company goals. Demonstrate ownership of your clinic, ensuring accountability for its performance and consistently achieving or surpassing KPIs.

Person Specification:

BSc in Audiology or qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing through certified provider. Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audiology. Consistent clinical audit results between 3-4. Completion of 12+ CPD each year. Met or exceeded commercial targets. Demonstrated history of success and positions of responsibility within the field. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering holistic hearing care services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace innovation in audiology practice. Dedication to upholding company values and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
