The role of Pastry Junior SousChef:  

Preparing classic European patisserie, using quality fresh ingredients, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, taste, and presentation.  Support with busy services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.  Be an integral part of the wider kitchen management team.  Training, development and supervision of junior Chefs within the team.  Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen. 

What we’re looking forin a Pastry Junior Sous Chef:

Experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or Pastry Senior Chef De Partie within a similar standard establishment  Excellent knowledge of classical patisserie techniques as well as in-depth product knowledge.  To communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.  Proficient and knowledgeable on all Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.  Has the right to work in the UK. 

Expected earningsfrom £19.04ph
