Step Teachers are working with a Primary School in Hillingdon to find an enthusiastic full-time Year 5 Teacher to start in December 2024 on a supply basis. If you are a passionate Year 5 Teacher who can inspire students and build positive relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Year 5 Teacher – Role:

  • Demonstrate a robust grasp of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Deliver captivating and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a highly organized classroom while ensuring the secure management and storage of all educational materials.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with fellow staff members within the school.
  • Exhibit proficiency in assessing students, monitoring their progress, and providing valuable feedback.
  • Diligently adhere to the school's policies and consistently implement them.

Year 5 Teacher – Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Bring recent experience as a Year 5 Teacher from mainstream primary school settings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with support staff and parents.
  • SEND experience is desirable.
