Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week)

About Us:
Join our vibrant team where we provide exceptional dining services for students, staff, and visitors. We are looking for a friendly and efficient Front of House/Caterer who will be at the heart of our campus dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding front-of-house service to students, staff, and visitors.
- Serve a variety of hot and cold food, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Operate tills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and displaying food items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in catering or front-of-house roles, ideally within an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle payments and operate tills confidently.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
