What you’ll do on a typical day:

Manage the allocation of work within the inventory team on a daily basis, controlling headcounts and overtime budgets

Develop and maintain appropriate reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance
-
Monitor team absence and performance, taking action where necessary

Pursue the elimination of waste through the application of continuous improvement tools and techniques
