You'll be based at either our McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, or our Electric Racing base in Bicester. Travel to both locations (McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, or our Electric Racing base in Bicester) will be required on a regular basis and international travel to races and events on occasion. Weekend work / race weekend support from home.Principal Accountabilities:

Support in the execution of partner and licensing content across McLaren Racing’s social channels in line with contractual rights. Working closely with McLaren Racing’s colleagues to drive continued growth for the McLaren Plus loyalty programme through social media activations across all platforms. Work alongside the Digital Data & Insights Analyst to understand analysis and performance across all social media channels and implement these findings to improve results.

K nowledge, Skills and Experience:
Established social media publishing background, including proven experience in managing the day-to-day activity on a major brand social media account across multiple platforms (either client or agency side).
