Retail Analyst

Currently, we are seeking a Retail Analyst to manage the investigation, resolution, and processing of claims and credit query requests.

We seek an individual with comprehension of Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable procedures and their implications. A day in the life of the role:

Receiving and collating Credit Note Request (CNR) reports from stores and Territory Sales Managers (TSM) Run reports which will outline pending and paid credits and keep an ongoing record of credit status using Excel. Providing detailed analysis reporting of monthly claims Work with Tegel's TSM's and customer stores to improve processes and reduce errors/credit requests. Following up on data/requests previously sent to customers that are yet to be satisfactorily resolved/paid. Backup Support for Accounts Receivable team

What will you bring:

1 - 2 years NZ experience (preferably in a FMCG company that has dealt with NZ Supermarkets/Foodservice) Excellent communication and strong analytical skills Advanced Excel knowledge/experience including data manipulation and sorting. Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy Ability to work autonomously and persevere while working through queries/complex problems.
