About the Role:

You will implement our pricing strategy across our portfolio of events & exhibitions. You will respond to pricing inquiries. Furthermore, you will be involved in proposal creation, deal approval, and contracting.

Responsibilities:

Responding to pricing inquiries and guiding decision-making by developing a deep knowledge of our product Responding to transactional pricing and cost recovery questions Collecting, analyzing and reconciling discrepancies between data, documents and information in order to create initial proposals Analyzing pricing data and makes recommendations to more senior level roles to influence pricing strategy Completing the business terms in contracts and coordinates contract modifications with Segment, Sales and Legal teams Assisting Segment Managers with deal approval by providing pricing guidance, bench marking data and confirming selling rules Collaborating with internal teams to secure renewal targets, understand upsell paths and defend against price reductions

Requirements:

Proven pricing analytical skills with the ability of structured problem-solving. Positive, enthusiastic, results-orientated, and internally driven to produce excellent, impactful work. Analytically inquisitive and Creative thinker with a desire to always explore data for new insights producing innovative ideas and recommendations.  Comfortable with ambiguity and be able to make sensible assumptions when necessary. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a great sense for how to present data in a visually inspiring way. Excellent time and project management skills. Persuasive, collaborative and trustworthy. Emotionally intelligent with the ability to communicate and lead projects in multi-cultural environments. A continuous learner who welcomes constructive feedback and is energized by building new skills and taking on new challenges.

Education / Qualifications:

Educated to Degree level (or equivalent experience) minimum, in related fields – Business, Revenue Management, Economics, Science, Mathematics, Statistics.

Experience:

Proven experience in a Pricing Analyst or similar role, preferably within a competitive and dynamic industry.

Expertisein developing pricing strategies, revenue optimization techniques, and competitive pricing analysis is essential.

Strong analytical experience, including data analysis, financial analysis, and pricing analysis, is vital.

Experienced in using pricing software and tools to develop and maintain pricing models
