The role

in a nutshell

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to architect and build exceptional mobile applications. As the lead Flutter engineer on our projects, your primary focus will be delivering high-quality mobile applications, ensuring technical excellence and coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

What you can expect

Take an active part in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, estimation, documentation, development, testing, bug fixing and support.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and clients to define, design and ship innovative mobile experiences.Contribute to UX decisions, as well as improving project processes and methodologies.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Learn from colleagues and share your expertise with them.Establish best practices, coding standards and development workflows to improve team efficiency and maintain high code quality.

The type of person we’d like to meet

5+ years of professional experience in software development.2+ years of experience in commercial Flutter products.Proficiency in the Dart programming language.Excellent knowledge of major state management approaches (BLoC, Provider, etc.).Basic knowledge of both iOS and Android and their respective languages (Swift/Kotlin).Solid understanding of client-server applications and experience with RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle and good architectural knowledge.Ability to write maintainable and testable code, with a good understanding of unit testing and its value.Proficient in working with version control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, GitLab).Familiarity with App Store Connect, TestFlight, Apple Developer Console and Google Play Console.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Great command of English (reading, writing and speaking).

Nice to have

Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).Proven track record of successful iOS and Android projects.Strong interest in mobile technologies and a good understanding of general mobile architectures, trends, and new technologies.Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD systems and pipelines.Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
