*Position*:Retail Sales Advisor *Location*: Lower Parel*Salary*: 2.75 LPA to 5.5 LPA 4 LacIncentive *Working Days*: Monday to Friday(4th and 5th Saturdays are working) *WorkingHours*: 8.5hour shift (Login between 9 AM 10:30 AM Logout between5:30 PM 7:30PM)
*RoleOverview*: As a Retail Sales Advisor youwill help clients build wealth through smart equity investments.You will spend most of your day talking to potential customers onthe phone selling our products. Good communication skills areessential. You will need to plan and make new and followup calls tomeet your targets. Knowing about the equity market and being goodat selling iscrucial.
*KeyResponsibilities*:1. Make 100150 callsdaily.2. Talk for 3.5 hours eachday.3. Find at least 1 new prospectdaily.4. Meet daily tasks and achieveweekly/monthlygoals.
*Requirements*:*Great communication skills.* Strong sellingand persuading abilities.* Goodunderstanding of our products.* Ability toplan and manage daily calls to meettargets.* Stay updated on news and events inthe equity market.
