About the role
Reporting to the Brand Creative Service Manager, the Creative Artworker will join our growing creative team and play a key role in helping to visually define, shape and evolve our brand.

The Creative Artworker will be responsible for creating artwork solutions across a variety of projects of both a print and digital nature, maintaining brand standards across our Family, Big Weekender and Conference and Events propositions.

This is the perfect role for someone that can work in collaboration with our Marketing, Product and Resort functions, helping the Brand Identity Team to lead the development and creative focus of our visual identity and crafting visually compelling and original creative ideas. You’ll be communicating your ideas to key stakeholders, from ideation and research through to presenting mock-ups and producing final assets.

With a keen eye for detail, you will be interpreting artwork and layout requests from various departments across the Butlin’s portfolio, including marketing campaigns, social media, email, DM, web, content, F&B menus, retail & POS, guest communications and product focussed developments. This role also includes supporting operational teams (such as the people team) to support in the creation and delivery of any learning material that requires brand consistency.

You’ll be collaborating with the team on large and small-scale projects, leading by example and ensuring that all outputs are fit for platform and audience and that brand vision is delivered. Working individually and as a team on the creation of corporate, pitch & presentation materials, ensuring that they are both insightful and engaging whilst respectful to all brand guidelines.

This is the perfect opportunity for a detail obsessed all-rounder who has proven experience working within both print and digital media to support the creative team to bring all Butlin’s creative briefs to life with the delivery of creatively compelling and technically accurate artwork that is either digitally pixel perfect or print-ready for press.

About you
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role with agency or in-house design team with a supporting portfolio of work that demonstrates creative excellence, brand development and design discipline.

You should have a strong, creative flair and pure passion for design, with an eye for detail and layout, an obsession with design fundamentals, and a desire to learn, grow and push the boundaries of our brand identity.

You will also be an excellent visual communicator – both verbally and written, as well as a mastery of composition, imagery, typography, iconography and colour. Alongside this we would expect you to be fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite – including knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro. Good time management is a given, with an organised approach to projects and deadlines.
