What Will Be Your Day to Day Tasks?

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to manage varying tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Ensure the waiting area and reception desk are clean and organised
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
