We are looking for a Restaurant & Retail Manager for our Bristol Based client.
Role: Restaurant & Retail Manager
Salery: £26,739 to £36,000
Days of Work: 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis (39hrs per week) with 1 x late night a week and every other weekend
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for commercial execution in the Restaurant and Retail Outlet, ensure The Retail Food is in the commercial calendar, develop commercial initiatives and food competence in the store.
Lead and coach the Restaurant and Retail teams in optimising and develop the Retail Food business, considering the companies brand position.
Duties
Ensure that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety are in place to optimise commerciality.
Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Drive the cross-merchandising strategy to maximise sales by liaising effectively with the relevant stakeholders.
Lead and manage the food supply chain for efficient ordering, production and inventory levels to maximise profitability.
Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback.
Ensure that the Restaurant and Retail Outlet is in shape as new, that common store planning is followed, and vitality packages are implemented.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the Retail Food business plan and other action plans.
Responsible for securing an excellent customer experience by ensuring that the team has the correct knowledge about the Companies range (Food and product) and the Companies services and can share this with customers in a good way.
Previous Experience and Skills required for the role.

Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business.
Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines.

Experience in a customer facing and retail environment.

Capable of communicating in English, both in writing and verbally
