The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT education to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The IT Tutor will play a crucial role in developing students' digital literacy, programming skills, and understanding of emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated IT lessons to students in Key Stages 3-5.
*Develop and implement curriculum initiatives that align with national standards and the school’s academic goals.
*Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
*Encourage and support students in the use of IT for academic and personal growth.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in IT and integrate these into the teaching curriculum.
*Participate in extracurricular activities and support the school community.

Requirements:
*A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
*A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
*Proven experience teaching IT at the secondary school level, preferably including Key Stage 5.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for IT and digital technologies.
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Proficiency in using educational software and digital tools for teaching and learning.
*Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational trends and IT advancements.
