Role and Responsibilities:

 

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in collaborating with teachers to establish inclusive learning environments that empower students with additional learning needs. Whether it's offering one-on-one support or working in small groups, you will help children with their educational, behavioral, and social development.

 

In this role, you will closely collaborate with the class teacher to develop lesson plans and foster an environment where students can expand their knowledge and actively participate in school life.

 

Requirements:

 

Candidates must possess GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science. Preference will be given to candidates with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or similar relevant certification. However, the school offers an excellent opportunity to obtain a Level 3 qualification while working, at no cost to the employee

 

To excel as a Learning Support Assistant, you must be proactive, energetic, and dedicated to engaging students, fostering confidence and independence. Patience, sensitivity, and the ability to provide comfort to students in distress are essential attributes.

Working with Long-term Teachers:

 

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
