The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.
The team
We are seeking a Fee Billing Services Analyst who will be responsible for efficiently producing invoices for our clients and ensuring the accuracy of fee calculations and client invoices. The ideal candidate will work closely with client services to ensure that billing requirements are met.
What you’ll do
Understand the billing requirements of complex institutional clients and collaborate with various departments to obtain the necessary data for billing. Perform fee calculations in the billing system and provide supporting evidence when needed; Generate client invoices and other fee analysis as requested by clients; Create monthly fee accruals and explain changes in fee accruals on a month-to-month basis; Generate fee debtor reporting and follow up on aged debtors as needed; Collaborate with global client service teams; Respond to queries in a timely manner and Process rebate payments, invoice dispatch, and other tasks related to the fee billing process.The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong numeracy skills with a solid background in mathematics. Accuracy in calculating fees and reviewing calculations from third parties is crucial; Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands, especially during the peak billing cycle; Proactive in resolving issues promptly; Efficient in meeting deadlines; Strong team player; High attention to detail and Proficiency in systems, Excel, and analytical skills.The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
Good knowledge of the asset management business; Experience in calculating and analysing revenues and Involvement in improvement initiatives within a Finance function.What you’ll be like
