English Tutor

Contract: Part-time

Location: Lincoln

Start Date: September

Pay Rate: £20 - £35 per hour

GSL Education Lincolnshire is searching for a passionate and experienced English Tutor to provide face-to-face tutoring sessions for students in Lincoln . This part-time role is ideal for individuals who excel in English and are dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group English tutoring sessions.
  • Tailor tutoring sessions to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons.
  • Track and report on students’ progress.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English (degree preferred).
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
