Job Description MDM EngineerAirwatch IntuneABMTotal ITexperience of minimum 7 years with relevant experience of 5 yearsin MDM supportStrong experience in managing mobile devices through tools (Airwatch INTUNE Apple Business Manager) Upload updatemaintain and delete iOS and Android /WindowsApps Test and QAnew iOS and Android releases Manage deployment process andschedule Manageusers and ensure user data is accurate in theMDM Createconfigure and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintainenforcement Renew /Update Certificate in AirWatchplatform UnderstandMDM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to MobileArchitect Createupdate and maintain users and device owners in theMDM Perform deviceHealth Check on Airwatch Workspace Oneplatform Assess MDMcapabilities and provide recommendations on optimization andusage Providehardware and software support for Apple iPad Pros and other tabletsas required Workswith customers to resolve technicalissues GoodKnowledge on managing devices from Samsung KNOX EFOTAportal Perform dataspeed and App usage analysis on company deployed mobiledevices Coordinatewith the hardware team to create onboardingprocesses Createuser documentation as new features and Apps aredeployed Maintainthe Enterprise Mobility page under the guidance of the MobileArchitectUnderstand and create different tags and groups by locationdepartment and usecase Maintainselfservice portal as provided for thesuppport Provide ITsupport for on and offsite corporateevents Own andoperate company deployed MDMsolution Assistwith piloting and testing new Apps for enterpriseuseCertificationsAirwatch MSIntune Apple support or similar certifications are aplusPrimary skillAirwatch MSIntune Mobile Device ManagerMDM
