TheRole

Responsible for contractdelivery relationship(s) critical path GOK Retail (Whereapplicable) and rights management for Castores sports marketingassets across the multisport portfolio.

Crucialto the role is fostering and maintaining effective relationshipswith key stakeholders throughout allocated assets including but notlimited to daytoday management of key asset stakeholders acrosscommercial marketing and the professional teams.

The Senior Sports Marketing Manager willdemonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability tofoster relationships at all levels of theorganisation.

They will be responsible fordeveloping relationships and subsequent sales with other sponsorsof Castores sports marketing assets.

Ultimatelythe Senior Sports Marketing Manager will support the SportsMarketing Director and the wider team to deliver againstpartnership objective key Sports Marketing activities and Campaignsto achieve business commercial and brandgoals.

Roles &Responsibilities

Overallresponsibility for allocated assets ( future assets whereapplicable) contract management and delivery.

Day to day key relationship management of keystakeholders at sports marketing assets.

Ownership and partner management of the productdevelopment critical path.

Identify and executeadditional sales opportunities such as teamwear via affiliatedprogrammes.

Own the relationship with SportsMarketing Operations to ensure efficient product flow from orderplacement to delivery date.

Act as the liaisonbetween the assets agencies and internal teams ensuring all partiesrequirements are met.

Work with internalmarketing brand and sponsorship functions to deliver sponsorshiprights across all brand and commercial activations.

Liaise with category management product design& development functions to identify and develop newproducts.

Liaise closely with Director ofSports Marketing to identify & deliver player endorsementopportunities within the portfolio.

Generateincremental revenue streams through sports marketing assetsrespective partner portfolios.

Working closelywith wholesale sales teams ensure provision of key information andassociated materials to support licensed growth within wholesaleaccounts for respective/relevant Clubs.

Workinternally with Brand Marketing Managers to help deliver key retailand partnership activations.

Internal andexternal reporting on key activity such as Team product retail sellthrough rebuy sales and overall sponsored assetperformance.

Management and development of Club& Federation BusinessExecutive.
