What we're looking for:

The food leans towards a modern French style and experience to a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin level would be ideal. This position encourages a hands on approach in the running of the section along with the management and supervision of the team, guiding and teaching the newer generation of Pastry Chefs.


What's involved?

As the successful Head Pastry Chef this is the chance to showcase your hard-earned pastry skills, creating and developing delicious desserts, afternoon teas, breads, chocolate work etc alongside a talented Executive Chef. There is a mix of straight and split shifts.

There is no accommodation for this position, but Bath is a stunning city to relocate to.
