Responsible to: SENDCo
Hours: 34.45 hours per week
Duration 38 weeks term time plus an additional 5 training days
Working Pattern: 8.15am to 3.30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) 8.15am to 4.30pm (Wednesday) 
Start date: ASAP


Teaching Personnel are working with one of our Ofsted rated Outstanding secondary schools who have an exciting opportunity for a Therapeutic Mentor to join their friendly and supportive SEND team based at the school in Kettering, Northamptonshire. This is a great time to join the newly established SEND team who are working hard to raise improvement for all SEND students across the school.

The successful candidate would ideally have experience working with children, be an excellent communicator with strong safeguarding knowledge who will maintain confidentiality at all times whilst working to achieve the best possible outcomes and wellbeing for our students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
