Responsibilities

To efficiently answer internal and external telephone calls. Screening, transferring calls and taking messages where necessary. Actioning both external and internal email enquiries as appropriate. Maintain and update internal contact records. Manage incoming and outgoing post, including sending documents via FedEx. Control access to the visitor’s car park and goods in car park via the video intercom system and direct as necessary. Issue security passes and log all internal security system. Meet and greet visitors to site. Booking hot offices and meeting rooms on request Assisting the organisation and running of onsite events Update and grow the staff intranet page which advertises local offers to 650+ employees  Supporting visiting employees, trainees and customers with taxi requirements and other ad-hoc requests including restaurant bookings and providing local information. Setting up and manning registration desk for external groups of visitors, liaising with organisers, facilities, and restaurant staff. Keeping inventory of stationery and refreshments and raising PR’s to reorder when required. Book taxis on taxi booking system. General administrative support as required. Carrying-out end of day procedures. To carry out any reasonable task associated to achieving Waters Wilmslow objectives

Qualifications

Education: 

Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent with substantial experience in a similar role

Experience: 

Reception, Customer Service experience. Proficiency in MS office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, Powerpoint) Good communication and organisational skills Flexibility in working practices

Competencies:

Excellent communicator both verbal and written. Experience working in an administrative environment implementing and following policies and procedures. Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively under pressure is essential. Professional telephone manner. Strong attention to detail Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Be personable and professional in dealing with callers and visitors.
