Welcome to Hyatt Place London Paddington, your business & leisure hub in the heart of Paddington. Located within a 5-minute walk from Paddington Train Station and 15 minutes from Oxford Street, discover our prime base for sightseeing and shopping, surrounded by Hyde Park to the south, Marylebone, Oxford Street, Edgware Road, and Little Venice. Enjoy exceptional convenience with superb transport connections. This hotel will feature 87 rooms, offer all day dining at the lounge and library, as well as a 24/7 fitness center. Smaller meetings and events can be held at the library for a reception up to 22 guests.
As the General Manager you will be accountable to:
Oversee, manage and support the successful opening of the hotel·Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence.
·Align with Hyatt’s core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.
·With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.
·Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.
·Bring Hyatt’s values to life for the benefit of colleagues, guests, customers and owners by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.
