JobDescription:
Asa Senior Tax Manager you will take on a pivotal role within the taxteam managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients includingownermanagers and high net worth individuals. You will beresponsible for all aspects of tax compliance and planning for yourclients ensuring they receive the highest level ofservice.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Managea portfolio of personal tax clients including ownermanagers highnet worth individuals andtrusts.
  • Overseethe preparation and submission of Corporation Tax returns VATreturns and other annual tax compliance work including P11Dsemploymentrelated securities returns EMI returns and ATEDreturns.
  • Provideexpert tax planning advice identifying opportunities for taxefficiencies.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their keypoint of contact for all taxrelatedmatters.
  • Collaborateclosely with the tax partner and be an integral part of the taxteam.
  • Supportand mentor junior tax team members acting as a line manager andproviding guidance on their workloads and professionaldevelopment.


Requirements

QualificationsandExperience:

  • Extensiveexperience in a tax management role ideally within a top 50accountancy firm or larger independent firm.
  • Strongexpertise in either personal tax or a mixed taxbackground.
  • CTAand ATT qualified preferred but no essential subject to carryingthe relevant experience.
  • Proventrack record of managing a diverse clientportfolio.
  • Excellentknowledge of UK tax legislation and compliancerequirements.
  • Abilityto provide tax planning advice and identify taxsaving opportunitiesforclients.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildlasting clientrelationships.
  • Previousexperience in a supervisory or mentoring role with a passion fordeveloping junior teammembers.

Qualifications and Experience: Extensive experience in a taxmanagement role, ideally within a top 50 accountancy firm. Strongexpertise in either personal tax or a mixed tax background. Proventrack record of managing a diverse client portfolio. Excellentknowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.Ability to provide tax planning advice and identify tax-savingopportunities for clients. Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.Previous experience in a supervisory or mentoring role, with apassion for developing junior team members.
