We are looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for engineers on site, to identify and resolve faults found with the Ohme charger or electrical installation in real time.
Requirements
What we need from you:
- Ensure all in-bound calls are either answered first time, or any unanswered calls are responded to within 15 minutes.
- Identify technical faults with engineers over the phone, through investigation via Ohme’s remote software platforms
- Ensure faults found are resolved on the call and prevent any further calls backs
- Identify common trends for why engineers are calling in for support, and assist with producing technical support documentation for engineers to reduce the number of calls for specific issues.
Who you are:
- Customer and engineer support management (via telephone)
- Technical and product experience
- Proven experience in delivering required service level agreements and targets
- Data analysis experience – identify trends and themes and provide reporting.
- Knowledge of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671) is a benefit.
